Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

Ingredients:
1 box Pillsbury classic yellow cake mix- this one
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 cup water
1 cup chocolate chips
1tsp. vanilla extract
Pillbury creamy supreme chocolate fudge frosting- this one

Directions:
Mix all ingredients (excluding icing) together in a mixing bowl. Place cupcake liners into cupcake pans (I made 12 regular and 12 mini cupcakes with this recipe) and pour batter 2/3 full into each liner. Bake on 350 for 19 minutes for large cupcakes and 12 minutes for mini cupcakes.

Allow to cool before icing. (I also melt my icing in the microwave for 20 seconds and use a spatula to spread it- this allows it to go on easily without taking off the top of the cupcakes.)

Easy and delicious!

My "niece" Teagan was quite excited about these little treats and was throwing out the "tank tu's" to her Aunt Hea, until she realized her mama was only gonna let her have one mini one...
Sweet girl! Life is so tough sometimes.

But I'm pretty sure this means we can say they're kid-tested too. ;)

Enjoy!

  2. The cupcakes look & sound amazing and that is such an adorably sad little girl in her second picture when she found out she only got to enjoy one mini cupcake from aunt Hea. Cute, sad and funny all at the same time- hope those tears and crying didn't last too long!
